Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £150 to mainland UK. We also offer next working day delivery options if you order before 10am GMT Mon-Fri. Please see our shipping policy here for more info.
There's something wrong with my order

What is your return policy?
We're sorry to hear you'd like to return your order. PLease contact us within 14 calendar days for receiving your goods to begin the returns process. Please see our returns policy here for more info.
Can I collect from the brewery?
Yes! Our brewery shop is open Monday to Friday, 12-4pm (excluding bank holidays). Our address is: Ossett Brewery, Low Mill Road, Ossett WF5 8ND
Can I shop on site?
Yes! Our brewery shop is open and stocked with all our latest beers to take home the very same day.
