Legal Disclaimer: Age Restrictions
You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol in the UK. By placing an order with us online at ossett-brewery.co.uk, you are confirming that you are of the minimum legal age to buy alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
All deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or older. Our courier partners may request valid proof of age/identification at the point of delivery. If for any reason, the delivery driver is in doubt that the recipient is aged 18 or older, they reserve the right to refuse delivery and your order will be subsequently returned, cancelled, and refunded.
Returns Process
If you have an issue with your order/delivery, please contact us at ecommerce@ossett-brewery.co.uk within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods and include your name, order number and shipping address. We will do our best to resolve the issue with you but should you still need to return your item(s), please follow our returns process below:
- Once we have accepted your return request, you have a further 14 days to return the parcel to us. Unless the item(s) is defective, the customer is solely responsible for all shipping and restocking fees associated with the return. We strongly advise customers to use a tracked return shipment method and keep valid proof of postage.
- Please note, we will not accept or be held accountable for any unsolicited returns that have not been raised to/accepted by our Customer Services team.
- All goods must be returned as received, unopened, unused and in the original packaging, and returned to the below mailing address:

- Once your order has returned to our warehouse and the reason for return is verified, your refund will be credited to your account via the original payment method used.
Returns & Refunds FAQs
- Unless the item(s) is defective, the customer is solely responsible for all shipping and restocking fees associated with the return. We strongly advise customers use a tracked return shipment method and keep valid proof of postage.
- We do not offer exchanges but may offer a full replacement order or a refund, depending on stock availability and the reason for return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the customer has upgraded to Express Delivery and the order failed to be delivered on time. Here, the customer will be refunded the difference between the standard delivery fee and the upgraded delivery fee. - Refunds will not be issued in the event of delivery failure due to incorrect information supplied by the customer at the time of ordering e.g. incorrect delivery addresses, post codes or contact telephone numbers.
- We do not issue refunds on gift cards, and no cash alternative will be offered if the gift card expires before use.
- We strive, to the fullest extent possible, to provide accurate and updated content on our website (www.ossett-brewery.co.uk). However, there may be occasional price changes, sold-out goods and other unintentional errors that may affect your shopping journey. We reserve the right to not be liable for these errors or changes. However, where it is not possible to supply all items in your order, we will contact you via email to offer a similar replacement where possible or a refund.
